this guy seems to have horrible track record.
are his rates way better than competitors or something? Why do people go with the refunder who has described as being rude, and has a lot of reports in the scammers grave? Or do ppl just not do research before ordering a service.

What i notice most users that use him are new, His rates are low other wise nobody would deal with him. Everytime someone complains about him being rude or scamming he has the post removed from his sale thread. If postive vouchs are allowed to stay up so should negative, He has a fake appearance of being a good refunder due to that fact.How else are people supposed to warn buyers about him? From what im told he a known scammer on other forums.

sean's term of use sucks. After i read his review, who the fuck would trust his service. its like once you pay him, the money is gone. thats why he hide his term of use in case somebody read it lmao

Just read through your thread and the case was kinda shakey to begin with (not saying they are right). The "left with man" could be taken a number of ways which didn't help your case. I've purchased a good amount of clothing refund so far and was about to go with sean since his price was cheap but talking to him rubbed me the wrong way so I decided against it. Sorry about you case but there's not much you can do, the mods have already decided

For future use though, there are plenty of other refunder that are patient and nice. I would recommend Nice since he walks you through everything and you dont have to pay till AFTER the refund is done. I had a problem with my target order and he was willing to call 3-5 times to sort it out. Next time do some looking around before you pick someone. Paying 10% instead of 8% isnt that much of a difference especially if you order is > $200-300.
