Whats the best BTC wallet website to use??
Im so scared to use paypal seeing all the issues etc can someone suggest a good BTC wallet that i should use! and also im new to BTC so i was wondering how people cash out btc into their cards etc let me know if you can it would be a big help!!

I use Bitcoin Armory, a offline wallet. I get to choose the fees I pay if any. At least I have a offline back up. Although, I'm currently have financial issues. :|

Coinbase is definately a solid choice. You also have the option of cashing out into gift cards through sites like egifter who accepts BTC payments.

I've used Blockchain and Circle. Aside from the occasional moments where Blockchain wasn't working, I've never had any problems.
