All you really need to read from the memory is the audio time value. To find it yourself, use cheat engine and search for unknown initial value, play the song for a few seconds, search for increased value and repeat...
You can get beatmap information yourself since it's just a text file with a custom format. If you're coding in C++, use my beatmap parser (or code your own).
