There haven't been any scam reports made against you. Seems like the ban on your account was placed in time. However, if anything comes up it will have to be resolved.
Not sure if your email was changed or not, so will wait for Liz to handle the account reset and lift ban as everything else seems good. When you get your account back, be sure to enable 2FA. There is no excuse for being hacked as it is easily preventable by setting it up.
