Some of my friends told me that Burning Blade does 15% more damge on players too not only on monsters? and the weapons that comes from aq3d too. is it true?

Yea, there's a bunch of weapons that do that, pain in the ass to farm for though, good luck

Nightlocke War Axe is the best since not only does it have +15% dmg to anything and everything, it also has Static 30-30 dmg which is a godsend to all caster classes.
