you should make it more post then alot of ppl will have it u shud make it like 600+(i understood it like this: that u will give it to ppl with more than 250 post count) correct me if wrong

thank count no.... ppl dont thank everyone that needs to b thank they mostly only thank mods / minions .... i saw by post count like 600+ or maybe 700+ but not to low like 250

nooo 400 is fine well make it 450 to be sure... if they have that many posts:they arent leechers, They will not leech to other sites(hopefully),they arent nooby etc...
