but everytime i open the game w/o the stat thing up i revert back to my previous lvl (prestige 10 lvl 70 :S) do i have to open it every time i play?

Yeah use EAM or something, but I think ya should Delete your previous Stats First, look up TheUser's guide for how to do that.
