Host online lobby while VAC banned?

I was wondering if there is a way to host lobbies even if you are VAC banned? I remember doing this when Liberation was working, is there a new way of doing it?

I am able to use the dll file to bypass the VAC ban but nobody will connect to me even though I can join others.

Any advice/help would be great I just want to play Ground War Domination again!

im also curious on this subject.... i am using mpgh's host lobby tool, and i just got vac banned last night. i got a bypasser, now i can join other people's servers (at least i think, it could very well be that i am just joined iwnet servers..) but i cannot host any lobbies, if i do, it keeps saying good games found but wont let anyone join my lobby. i would like to get back to fullilling peoples needs of "favela" and since the only way to play it is by hosting a lobby with a lobby tool, is there some sort of scrambler for VAC bans?

You can't join or host because your client can't retrieve a steam id from the matchmaking servers after being vac'd. Your only way around it would be to patch the game with another (valid) steam ID.
