    How to lose your appetite

    Is there any way to lose your appetite? I know about some pills that help you out but they all have some kind of side effect.

    This is the best one actually, it's actually healthier too.

    Because you're really just enlarging your stomach if you eat 3 large meals that can't fit so it grows to be able to fit all that food.
    Starving yourself is just worse too.

    i did that for two weeks and lost 16 pounds, now i am 135 pounds

    dont take pills man

    If you wanna loose weight eat a bunch of celery, salad and stuff like that you are not hungry anymore and will loose weight very fast
    Drinking tons of water helps also tough



    I starved around 60 pounds away but thats really not healthy you will damage your body its poison for you liver and kidneys
