Yo, I think I understanded how you make it

You use a "opk" or remote kill hack, join a private room.

Map: Cabin Fever

You glich in or fly to any spot where nobody can kill you, go to your 2th computer(and login with a noob account) and kill the secret NPC's. Then just start OPK with your account that you want powerleveled.

this is bull shit, i think theres no thing such as powerleveling people cuz we have AN ENTIRE STUFF working on combat arms hacks. it cant be posible that anyone have realised on how to powerlevel and a stupid guy that is NOBODY has secretly finded out the way on how to powerlvl ! ! ! !
