How to add Items

Hey guys, i made a pserver, managed to do it without visual studio because it wont let me download it because of a missing update i cant find anywhere, and i was wondering, how do i open the solution file for my server (server.sln) without visual studio so that i can add items.

( sry guys im a real noob at this.. lol )

sorry, i clicked onto the wrong section and all i did was download a source that was alrdy set up all i had to do is upload the sql source to phpmyadmin XD ( i used cakes domain because i had no clue where to begin to set up any other without VS. :P ) anyways, i just solved it so anyone who can close this, can, sry everyone (i used sharpdevelop)

From what I know, you can add/delete/edit items from the debug folder, .bin -> debug -> data
