Why won't it work? loads up my team esp but not enemy, tried r_drawothermodels 2 but then it says that I need to enable sv_cheats 1 When I do that it says I can't because it's a protected server..wtf?

Idk If im doing something wrong buy It wont allow me to type in the Command Prompt of yours to enter a command and when I do it in game it says something about sv_cheats
