Best design for my creation

Hi guys,
I have created this two launchers for my clan; the game is TeknoMW3 and I'd like to know what's the best in your opinion.
To be honest I prefer the blue one cause the other seems to be bored after a while dealing with it.
I will appreacite every critic and also more every suggestion!

The text in the bottom left of the first one looks off. Perhaps remove the underline and change the font?

@garupede to make your design more pleasing you should make your GUI more frugal and minimalist. Something like this should give you an idea.

Javalover basically I tried to edit something cool somehow, because it has to be the graphic interface of a launcher, so I thought that I minimum of cool design could've made it appreciable.
Maybe I could do something more essential; surely here we go for the " Settings " section, because I just open the debug of a C program! Thanks for your suggestion anyway!
