Dude chill, I don't understand you that much but, if you put your mission team to level 50, you don't lose anything, you can put it to level 1 and you can do everything again, BUT, if you actually put it on level 50, each game you get the rewards, it's like each game you level up. Can you explain more your situation?

The missions I took from lvl50, but since I did not get anything, so I have to lvl 0, but unfortunately to no avail writes that lvl 0, not getting anything.

You can turn it off, just to make sure, modify it, play a game, and close it. Also, be aware to close it on Task Manager.
