    really enmass is a shit, i got ban for euro glitch ,
    but when i am trying to make a new account i get ths fkin error "user authentication" .
    any help on that !

    i tried vpn and i have other internet i used it and other pc ! and got the same !!!

    and sorry for my bad english .

    I have the same problem, made new Acc changed IP, MAC, HDD serial address, deleted prefetch, uninstalled game with IObit, does changing the MAC on the router(since I use 1) would help?
