^ this... After you hack the amount of points you want. Just freeze them with CE and hack whatever you want. When you close CE and restart the game the points will be there and you can spend them normally...

i just figured out how to swap items, it also effects your bloodweb lol. dont forget to backup your save file before you do this because the effect is permanent, Technically you can make your entire blood web ebony memento moris. this game is so fucked up
