They're the same in quality to me, but urs has a bit more to it, you know? not more effects, but it just looks, fuller (to me atleast )

i think it's because of the green effects on Dr's signature on the arm and the blue one's on the back which make the feel of the image different.

Make it slightly brighter then add a vibrance layer to it. Right now too much of the colour is washed out for me.

The main thing that gets me about yours is that you used splatter brushes, which normally are used to create flow, at least for me.
There really is not flow to this render, so the brushes just look like noise.
Colors around him are really distracting from the actual render.
