You probably got caught cell hopping or botting. Did you use the shoploader or meddled with the packet spammer or some sort?

Yeah i got banned for roleplaying. Whats the point of calling your game an mmorpg (Massive Multiplayer Online roleplay Game) If you are only going to get banned for doing it. Lost a 2012 account with over $1000 spent on it. For doing exactly what the game was intended. It's complete BS i swear. Atleast make it a temp dont take our money and be like "Now go screw yourself".. but yeah best bet is to contact and wait for a reply

AE never give you an in-depth explanation for any bans or mutes, just a vague one. You have to message them via the mailer forms to ask why you got banned, and then they will give you the details.
