Not sure if you already had the 3v3, but I think Gangplank would help you out. Just poke with barrels/Q, and farm with your Q. You are weak against her during the laning phase, but soon you will be the one on top (*wink wink*).

When she ults you, just hug a wall. She won't be able to pop the vital that is facing the wall, so she will never get the heal off of her ult!

Im a little bit rusty and I dont know the new metas. Last time I played was 2 years ago when Yasuo was released, I was D2. I tried playing 3 weeks ago and I was so confused of the new builds and metas.

So does anyobody know how to efficiently counter fiora? (We have a friendly 3v3 coming up and Im pretty much sure there will be a Fiora.)

Wait for her W to be casted, then you can cast your CC,(she tries to counter, but you are smart enough to counter).

Pantheon is a good option against Fiora, you out trade her early a lot with Q poke. You have lane pressure and your ult gives you good map pressure.

Yasuo does pretty well, but its a skill matchup
Darius wins if you can get an early lead, if not then she will win hard
Jax is pretty good against her
Riven is great if you're really good with her. Fiora can w third q but if you combo it with your w, its too fast for her to do anything
