    Clothing order

    Ordered 2 things from a canadian website..
    Both of them in a single order but they shipped them separately, can it still be refunded? The total order was around 370$
    They might be delivered on the same day but they were shipped separately.. I tried calling them and cancelling one of the two things but they said they cant do anything once its placed and the only option I had was to call the carrier and ask them to return one product back to the company.

    Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

    P.S : They are being delivered on separate consecutive days/.

    I don't know much about refunding clothing but you could probably ask one of the refunders on the marketplace.
