Let me start off by saying how awful of a seller this guy is. For someone who has a lot of vouches, I genuinely expected something better.

I had initially contacted the seller with some questions to which he answered - I had then sent the payment to him via crypto and he told me that I would receive the account within 48 hours. 6 DAYS go by and after messaging him every day after 48h had gone by, I had finally received a response and my account. However, the seller forgot to provide me with a dedicated IP which meant I couldn't sign in. He had provided me this after 2 days! - In total, I had to wait 8 days for my account but it gets way worse!

On September 10th (1 Day after I received the account), I sent a message to him saying that I need a replacement as the account got limited since before purchasing we agreed that if this were to occur, he would offer a replacement. - The seller then responded on the 12th informing me he will replace it.

I wont go too in to detail but basically back and fourth of asking the seller when he will provide me the replacement and him always promosing that he will do it on the day he responded back to me, he finally gave me a replacement on the 22nd (12 days after i had asked him for a replacement) but the replacement was completely wrong and i was unable to sign into the account.

Then some more back and fourth of asking the seller to sort the issue and him always promising he will sort it out today (which he never did, he just kept delaying the problem more and more). Eventually i received a replacement on the 7th October where the account worked perfectly fine. - This means I waited almost a whole month to get an account as I initially contacted him on the 10th September asking him for the replacement!

I have now messaged the seller asking him to renew my IP to which he simply read my message and left it on blank.

Let me inform you how much I've had to always catch up on this seller during this whole process, how many times I've been left on read, how many times I've been promised that I will receive my account the next day or the day I messaged him. I was also promised a second account free of charge during my time of trying to actually get a working account to which he still hasn't provided me after a month!

I have all the proof and evidence of this if needed. it's digsuting that this is the sort of support this seller provides with such a high rep. I'm honestly tired and annoyed of having to deal with this and quite frank, I don't think he will renew my IP at all now after writing this review which he technically shouldn't since I've done nothing wrong nor have I lied about anything - The seller should know he's completely in the wrong here
