Update today/last few days? (60mb).. anyone knows about it?

Today after a few days not having started GTA5, I was pushed with an update of around ~68 mb if I recall correctly.

Someone knows more about it? I cant seem to find update news for GTA5 or Online, was this thing just for me or did more people notice a ''silent'' update?
And if true, what was added.. I hope not improved anticheat? Did they want to keep it silent/not announce because this thing is gonna bust some cheaters or what?

what I can easily notice is the file GTAVLauncher has changed just now; last modified 30-01-2017, digitally signed also 4 days ago.

So they shipped an update to atleast this file. But it just makes out like 20mb of the size of around 60 from update.

Im not talking about viruses; virustotal first seen the file 4 hours ago, and GTA game files get often scanned through it rapidly, so did this update release yesterday maybe?
