Fees and mining have to do with how fast it posts. If someone sends a 0 fee, it's going to be very very slow.

I suggest you add some fees to it. There are chances where the miners will not even confirm the payment due to there being absolutely no fee. The more fees being paid, the quicker it gets for confirmations
