I just don't care about this account (got so bored of CoC) but I don't want to lose it...

METHOD: (you can suggest any other ofc I will do my best)

1) Buyer needs to create a new Google+ account (I can do it, but this way you choose acoount name etc)
2) Seller then links CoC to the new Google+ account
3) Buyer can then log into the same Google+ account on their phone and restore CoC

(this method let you sell the account easly afterwards, IMO a good one)
