By why even let him come back ? That's what I don't get? What has he repaid? Are we condoning scammers ?

As far as I know if you scam even once you are gone forever ? Is this not true ?

Scammers will remain banned forever.
However, if the scammer repays back the victim(s), they are allowed to come back.

This is why he will be receiving a longer blacklist. If he did repay you, he wouldn't have gotten a blacklist, rather just an unban (or sometimes a 3 week blacklist)

I already repaid him to the fullest. I intended PP to get his money back. i did not show any resistance in stopping the refund from coming through. I could have easily called PP told them its a virtual transaction, virtual transaction is not covered in PP terms so the case is favored to me & I take his $125 and run away.

I didn't do that though. I never intended to scam anyone. I didn't go on a computer for a couple weeks because I was preparing for college. MPGH doesn't care though. I did not expect to lose computer access. That's why i couldn't respond to the scam report written against me.

You are already lying there because you were responding to me while the scam report was open. So you could have easily responded to the scam report. AND if you intended paypal to refund me you have the option to refund while the case is open against you, why didn't you refund? If you wanted to lose the case. Makes no sense.

Listen up, you just played it right that when you lost the PayPal case, you made it seem like you "refunded" the guy while what really happened was that you lost the case and thought you'd make the best of it since you never got your money back.
This dispute is still getting looked into, but just to let you know, if you are back, the blacklist will be no less than 6 months/permanent depending on how we decide.

I find it quite disturbing that you find it "okay" to blatantly insult staff.

It was kind of supposed to raise a flag for you to not do that again.

Sorry to interrupt staff but why didn't you just refund him straight up instead of going through a dispute? It would of been much easier. Plus no 6-month blacklist.

didnt have enough funds in paypal, so i told him to open a dispute and ill take the hit on losing the account. in return, i did my best to make the dispute close as fast as possible & paypal issue his refund.

if you didn't have the funds to refund, top up with a cc and send him his refund. Or send him the money through Paypal from your cc. There was no need for a dispute just a easy refund or a family and friends payment from your cc.
