As the title says looking for someone who can do target international refunds

wtb buy a UHD tv for 700$ but the main problem is shipping + customs = another $700 so the total cart value is 1400$. so can anyone refund this?

Just get a smaller item, re-sell it and get the TV in-store or locally.
