Mod Effects ~ Positive : ~ Weapon or Melee attacks 1000 times per second since 1 ms is equivalent to 0.001 seconds.
~ Auto Attack, no need for clicking Left mouse button and Right mouse button
~No attack limit, meaning you can attack infinitely

Mod Effects ~ Negative: ~ Prepare you ears for the sounds of 1000 attack per second
~ Auto attack can cause to hit anyone, meaning if you are going to a friend on the enemy's team,
there's a chance to infect/kill your friend's character
