Paralysis Wizz routine, it works GR 1-100 and T13

If you have a wizz, i think this routine you need it.
It works well, and lots of peaple used it now in my country.
Currently, we are better GR result is 100 12mins, but paragon is 5000+, so i think it is not a rational standard.
Just for myself, my paragon is 1600, i can done every GR 85 in 4 - 6 mins, GR 90 6-8 mins.
NR routine can done T13 in 2 mins, but you know if loot everything, it impossible. I only loot GR key and death breath.
EXP I got 300-400B/H, and the paragon 5000+ man, he can get 600B/H. I think he is crazy, i dont understand why he need EXP......

Umm...exactly what does this do? Is it just a build, or a hack that give you higher chance to proc Paralysis?
