I need a programm for an USB-Stick or an product which is able to do this, whch records every single letter or number which is written by the person on the computer.

Example: I have my USB-Stick with the programm on it, I go to the PC from my girlfriend and after 24hours I will have every single dot and letter on the USB-Stick which she have written to anybody on her PC.
