Yeha hes buying OSRS gold which is like BTC. It has a constant value of 1m gp=1 dollar. He just either uses cracked paypal or charges back the payments. The goldselling sites got that shit on lockdown. THey ask you to send the confirmation email and shit, they dont get scammed. Its kinda funny actually.
