Technically it is a SE as you have to convince them hard enough to ship out the phone first because you are required to use a phone at the moment and can't go without one and are nowhere close to apple etc. That was my excuse at least but I did ship back the faulty phone I had. I just didn't want to deal with taking a trip to apple

Ok like I told you, you cannot SE Apple. They get a phone sent out (refurbished) won't be in retail box.. you have to enter a valid credit card and if they don't get the phone back they will charge your ass. There's no way around it

Yes replacement packaging aka it's a refurb. I know because it used to be done a lot in the past but was basically carding since you needed a credit card to get the replacement sent

They changed the process not sure if they straight up charge you now then refund when you return your old phone.
