I had a guy flat out refuse all four of my methods to send it to another email.
I thought fitbit reps only sent emails to fill out the replacement forums, you fill the forms and get your fitbit, but just doing an SE today and they seem to be doing over livechat again. anyone else experiencing this?

I've had almost no issues whatsoever.
What I have noticed, however, is that when you change the email on fitbit accounts it sends them an email saying not only that it was changed, but the email you changed it to and to contact support if it wasn't them.
This spooks me so hard smh.

Fitbit got so hard this week like damn
those ******s requested me like 2-3 times last week to send them back or to give them phot with case number.mothercukers
And they often request to send video.
Managed to get 2 done yesterday without any issue.
