There was an investigation with UPS. They kept calling, but Khalil handled everything and Versa answered all my questions even though he didn't handle the refund for me. Took about 2 weeks total, but they will get the job done. UPS did show up to my door and left a note, but all is well atm. Don't hesitate to go with them as they are awesome.
