User has provided me with a working vouch copy of a eBay account with $7,500 limit and 100 listed item limit which is still good enough. He also has provided me a fully working PayPal account which seems like it is fine and no problems appear or anything. His grammar is very hard to understand in my opinion but he was great in general at telling you info on what to do. All info that is needed is provided in a text file which he will send to you over Skype. He provided me also access to the gmail that the PayPal and eBay are linked too so i can make sure i can solve and issues that occur. He tells you what to do so you aren't limited and there are no problems when you are trying to use the accounts you bought. He provided the accounts as soon as i accepted the vouch copy. Honestly seems fine should just work on his grammar, would have to rate him 9/10. Good luck with sales @Mister_Zi
