Any new way to use mods?

So I've recently picked up MW2 again, and after being frustrated with countless lobbies being hosted by some guy who wants to play ground war in TDM and cheaters, I started hosting my own lobbies. I can do this really easily with Lobby Tools, but it's very limited and I had some people asking me if we can play something like gun game. I can't load mods with Lobby Tools, and ModLoader is broken. Is anyone capable of creating a modloader that works for 1.2.211?
