Got permanently limited on paypal.
Is there a way to get money out of my account. Also can i use virtual cc or virtual bank account to withdraw. Or do anyone want to buy my account?

You'll be able to withdraw the money via check/bank in 6 months, 180 days to be exact. You'll see, they'll email you too.
Don't even bother trying to get it un-limited, won't work. It's possible but, HIGHLY unlikely. You'd have to take it up to court, or either have hours of phone calling explaining. If it got limited because you broke a rule, don't try to lie, it won't work.
