I got an SN from my friend a few weeks ago, and it went out pretty well.
The whole replacement thing is reallly really really really easy; I did it with email, phone, and got a return slip send to me.

the HARD part is getting an AR - but this can be circumvented bc BOSE only sends out the headphones once you "scan" the return package and send it, so your package can even be empty. For this, use a drop or reship because they WILL bill.

So the question is simple: a few weeks ago there was several services to SE Bose QC35, now I can't find even one. So is it possible or not to SE it with serial number?

Anyway... If someone TRUSTED can do this, I can gave two s/n - for me and that person. Not public, my own pictures with serials. Have a lot of it, so can even sell if someone need it.

I got @Versa to do a refund for me for Bose QC 35 Black. It was fine back then but i think Bose is cracking down on the refunds. I don't think it works anymore

You can always get Bose refunds from places like Overstock, QVC, HSN, and tons of other places as well.
