Some tips on how to hack exclusive skins ?

The thing is that the majority of people already said they only wanna know the program that's used to be able to do that, and not the entire thing. It's not like everyone's gonna be able to do that without a lot of work, but at least for the people that already tried it before (including myself, starting from CE up to the .pak) would be really nice to know what other program could be used for it.

It's already been said somewhere in this Forum that CE is a Method to do it. There is another Method without CE. If you think a little bit about it you would know what i mean.

I know with CE the cosmetics don't stick after you close the game... And I'm going insane with all these vague hints here read them all, from being able to do it even when you're in game up to this... and still nothing goes through my mind
