"Ban evasion" for no reason @ soulrefunds

Hello, i have issue with my main acccoun - soulrefunds
So I opened service time ago. Its my first account on mpgh but i get banned for ban evasion.
Reason for that is

My friend was on mpgh long time ago and he got banned. Yesterday i was at his house and connected his wifi. After 2 hours i got banned.
Idk but i dont have any deal with his account or smth, seems that his wifi ip is banned.
You can check my ip logins thats i never had been under someone else ip but my own wifi.

Can admins please sort it out? I have pretty good service with a lot of vouches. My customers is waiting for me.

The IP that was associated with those accounts is from Latvia.
SIA Lattelecom is the ISP.

So in case you claim that it might be a VPN, or proxy, here is the Wiki info about the ISP.

"Lattelecom is a Latvian internet service provider and telecommunications company. The Lattelecom group provides IT, telecommunication and outsourced business process solutions that are provided by all of the companies of the group."

For starters, the accounts that are associated under that IP are:

If you think I am going to believe you, then you're probably thinking wrong.
You're going to have to prove to me that you are innocent and that you did go to your friend's house, otherwise your ban stands until you decide to refund the poor victims scammed under those accounts.
