I know that I'm a new user to MPGH and my vouch doesn't carry much weight however it's a crime that no one has commented on this thread as of yet.

I contacted OP and got an immediate response, he was very nice and patient (even though I was a little clueless ;P) and it took less than 1min to sort out the price.
Once I paid for the service (which are dirt cheap, I am amazed at the prices) it took less than 20mins for 10,000,000,000 and 150 levels... amazing.

Overall, this service is VERY cheap, VERY fast and VERY reliable. Amazing.
