Well I would assume those would be ways you could get IP Banned and no they would still do normal bans if you are just caught hacking or something small

So easy to get around and with ip ban they do not ban all accounts associated just the ip itself. Ip purge is more useful for their perspective as with an actualy ip ban you dont lose your accounts

DECA was banning all accounts on one IP, but they hadn't banned the IP itself until recently.
