So i called myself to find out why and they put a supervisor on the phone (the regular qvc employees will not tell you why it got rejected). They told me if i wanted the refund i would have to dispute it with my bank (which is what the refunder also told me to do), but its no guarantee I would receive the refund. The seller used the empty box method. And QVC said if i dispute it with my bank their is a whole investigation process including contacting UPS and QVC's fraud dept gets involved.
Should I even bother disputing it with my bank? I dont know how itll be found in my favor if the weight was on the box.
