Which rounds go to overwatch

If i get reportbotted which round does ow start on and is it highlights or just rounds in order

As far as I'm aware, they select a starting point randomly for multiple different overwatchers and they will watch around 7 rounds from that point. Therefore, if you were playing blatant and you're on OW, you will be banned regardless of if it was the entire game or not.
