How to decompile an .exe?

Hi, guys! Can you raccommend me a decompiler for an .exe file? I want to study the reverse engineering and I want to practice on cod mw2. Raccommend me!

2. post in the coding sections, or at least in the friggin Help

Use IDA Pro for this kind of reverse-engineering, And know what you are doing, Witch I doubt you do, Nobody will take one week to teach you the basis.
