hmm, your version of AHK doesn't seem to like the "goto" function, if that's happening with the original file after downloading, uninstall your version of AHK and install in 32bit, (you don't actually have to uninstall it i'm pretty sure, you can click "modify" and change to 32bit.

Control Panel>Add or remove programs>Uninstall AHK>Modify

when i try to fletch magic longbows it does shortbows, only bug i find but very annoying

Yeah, I have a feeling that's because of the "stocks" they added in, moved the coordinates of the bows, it's pretty easy to change though if you know basic editing skills.
