Are these VCCs or paypal accounts cracked?
No. They are not. I create them by myself and there's no crack in it.
Can I get limited with the account?
If you are a "lucky" man, yes, you can get limited. What happens is that paypal sometimes blocks some accounts to "investigate", I can't control that so there is always the risk you can get limited.
VCCs work?
Yes. Fake VCCs really work without any problem, you can use them in websites like Ebay, Amazon, Paypal, etc... They are useful to verify accounts.
Have you ever had any problem with selling paypal accounts or the VCCs?
No, except getting limited. Never had any problem with any custommer, so I think it's a good deal for both, buyer and seller.
What happens if I get limited?
If you get limited I have the right to keep the money you paid because it's not my fault when it happens. The only thing I'll do is to give you a brand new account. This happens just ONE time.
