Are you 100% sure you're assigning it correctly? Also if you use the extended barrel on it the recoil is wonky sometimes. I suggest using the flash hider or the compensator. same goes for any other gun. Anything but the extended and you should have nearly no spread.

Since you already made a folder and dropped it in this location
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bloody6\Bloody6\Data\RES\English\ScriptsMacr os\GunLib

Click the headshot tab and then you'll see a screen that has some files in it. navigate to your folder that you dragged it in and click the bing to either yellow or green one.

Another way you can do this is by going to the headshot tab. Click folder and navigate to the one you have the macro in. You should have a browser that shows all the macros for that folder. You should now see the one I gave you. Press the Ctrl key and choose which one you want to bind it too. If you have any issues please let me know.

The macro seems to make pistols shoot as fast as they can. Not sure if you checked but it does that for me while maintaining no recoil
