Texture Hack V1.4 By War3zdude92's Texture Hacking Team

Hack Contains
-Cyan-Green/Pink players
-Golden Snipers
-Red Riot
-All player models fullbright
-No Hud Blood
-Reduced Foliage
-Removed Weather Effects
-Purple Clamore's, C4, S&D Bomb, Semtex
-Improved Custom Scopes
-Custom Termal Scope
-New Custom Camo's (Also can be used as Colored Weapons, copy the 'green' camo in your iwd_07.iwd).
Install is still thesame as previous versions, if you new,
download the 'how to install'winrar archive, which has an detailed screenshot
install guide.
I recomend to use Pakscape for adding the files to the iwd's, you can do it with winrar or 7zip to,
but pakscape is just better for this.
Remember to ALWAYS back up your original iwd's, so you when your sick of the textures you can go back to normal.
Custom Camo's And Custom Scopes
how to instal the Camo's
Paste the camo of yor choice in the iw_07.iwd in the main folder. Only paste the 'weapon_camo_arctic.iwi'
in your iw_07.iwd (main folder)(dont add the picture of the camo) and save the iwd. Now when you select for instance the artic camo, you will get the camo of your choice.
If you want coloured weapons, Add all the files (except for the picture) in the 'green' camo to your iw_07.iwd. Then all the weapons which have camo will be colored.
How to install the Scopes
Same thing as the camo's execpt for that you paste the scope of your choice (this is thesame for the the termal scope) in iw_04.iwd, and save.
Again, do not add the picture, just the .iwi file.

I would recommend re-scanning your files; Virus Scan links are not working.

Not sure, but I think you need to be host, based on that information + the fact that it's because your files are modded, so they ARE different from the host(server)'s files.
try installing it from a clean install.

1. Run as admin(not for this one, just listing generally)
2. Verify Game Cache files
3. Delete files(for textures) then verify, replacing them, and follow the instructions again
4. Follow the instructions word for word
5. restart steam
6. restart PC
