Look post 12. It will however delete your scope.
To fix that make a seperate function that draws a scope when you scoped in.

Tip: do not draw when you have aug or sgg556 equipped

Look at the thread, you can force LocalPlayer + m_bIsScoped to false or check if the panel in PaintTraverse is "HudZoom", if it is then return without calling the original function.
