GTA V Solo Public Session - Firewall - IP Whitelist [v3.0]

I noticed that when you whitelist an ip starting with XXX.1.1.1 that it creates ranges that whitelist every ip starting with XXX and XXX-1. For example if I whilelist the ip 25.25.25.25 then the ranges it creates are 1.0.0.0-24.0.0.0 and 26.0.0.0-255.255.255.255. Doesn't this mean that every ip from 24.0.0.1-25.255.255.255 will be able to connect or am I missing something? Is there a reason you can only make ranges like this? Just curious because I already use custom firewall rules for solo play and thought maybe I could just add ranges to the rules I already have.

It works like this:
If your friend's IP is for example 188.24.135.56 then it will create Firewall Rule which is applied to all IPs from 1.0.0.0 to 187.0.0.0 and from 189.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255. In short, your friend's IP is bypassed/ignored (that's how only your friend's IP is not blocked and he is allowed to join session).

I played today with a friend, IP whitelist worked for me.
First I added his IP, then did all the steps, after that I did exactly what is said in "NOTE" which is bold font by the way. His IP was something like 5.24.145.138 and program stays opened during gameplay (because by default settings it removes firewall rules on exit).

PS. Program is coded on 1080x720 resolution, I'm sorry if the fonts or form size is somehow different on your PC, don't know how to make it universal!

I'm having issue's with the whitelist. After adding the ip's (there were 3), I then followed the instructions to "ALLOW - Anyone can enter session" then invited my friends.

After they joined I then clicked "BLOCK" as instructed and they got blocked immediately and was left in the session on my own again. I tried it the night before with 2 friends and it worked fine so I'm not sure why it's not working now. Any ideas?

I have been having this exact same thing, yesterday i have been using the whitelist sucessfully but as of today everyone (even whitelisted) will disconnect when i press block after they join

I think the rockstar make something about, like redir blocked UDP ports to others UDP ports.
